Turmeric has become my new found love of a Healthy benefit, and one of my favorite drinks is Turmeric Milk that I enjoy just before bed. It almost reminds me when I was a child, and my mom would give me a warm glass of milk at night to help me sleep. The drink is not only beneficial to my health but promotes to relax my body enough to help me get a good nights rest.

A Spice derived from an herb belonging to the ginger family. The powdered root extract, essential oil, and curcuminoids of turmeric have provided numerous medical benefits historically and have been used extensively for years in Ayurveda medicine, and Chinese Health Practices.

And I did use all ground powdered spices, I did not use fresh ingredients. Regardless, I found it to be favorable and tasty. My son is not too found of it, but he still drinks it.
